Fast Cleaning Agency provides professional cleaning services and the following terms and conditions are relevant to all bookings through our cleaning company. We might expand on or adjust our terms and conditions on occasion and all updates or additional terms and condition shall subsequently be relevant to new or renewed agreements, however not to current contracts. Our professional cleaning services may be arranged via phone, email, fax, or directly through our internet site, and all of our clients consent to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
– Regular Domestic Cleaning in London
Our Cleaning Company provides regular Domestic Cleaning with cleaning prices starting from £14.95 per hour, VAT not included, as long as the customer books the Domestic Cleaner for a minimum 2-hour session, one time per week.
Our Cleaning Agency will receive a commission that is calculated according to the weekly hour’s right through the duration of the Contract, which can be terminated, if necessary, within the first month, as long as the initial monthly charge is paid in advance. From then on, a one month’s printed notification is needed from the client to the cleaning company making sure that we can cancel the cleaning service.
– One off Cleaning in London
The customer is recommended to observe the standard of the cleaning duty straight away after they have finished the job.
If the client is not happy with the quality of cleaning, they have to get in touch with the cleaning us in twenty-four the cleaning session has ended. Except a suitable reason is provided for a delayed notice by the client, the cleaning company shall not be held responsible for any complaints made beyond the twenty four hour time.
If the client has a complaint he/she wants to make they should contact us to send a cleaner back to the household in order to fulfill the work to the customer’s approval. The cleaning company will not give a refund if the cleaner is not allowed back to complete the cleaning.
Whilst booking a cleaning service, the Customer is required to give full name, address, telephone number, email address and the transaction details over the telephone. Once this data has been given, the customer will receive a confirmation, via email, one working day before the cleaning visit. The client consents to the terms and conditions unless they notify the cleaning company ahead of the first cleaning session.
The customer must give access to the cleaner to use hot water and electricity. All fragile possessions have to be protected or kept in a safe place.
Fast Cleaning Agency is insured by complete public and employer’s liability protection and we shall deal with all claims which have been correctly notified to us as per our terms and conditions.
In accordance with legal advice obtained, you are strictly warned to refrain from placing any negative reviews on any social networking sites in the public forum, alternatively we will have no choice but to also pass the matter to our solicitors in regards to pursuing the issue of defamation.
We trust that we have made our position abundantly clear and reserve the right to recover any interest accrued and legal costs if necessary.
Fast Cleaning Agency is going to provide the cleaner with all cleaning products and gear although there could be a further expense for any specialized appliances that could be important for a job. In such a situation, our cleaning company will present a separate asking prices not going to be held answerable for failure to eliminate mature and lasting spillages that cannot be cleaned applying standard carpet cleaning procedures. We will, however, notify the client of such blemishes ahead of commencing any work.
